Starlite Marbella Seating Plan: Stalls, Boxes and Podium Explained
· Updated:
The Starlite Marbella auditorium has three seating areas: the stalls (platea) in front of the stage, the boxes (palcos) behind and above them, and the podium (tribuna) at the back, and the seats are numbered. Each area is split into zones that are priced differently, and the exact zones on sale change from one concert to the next. Starlite doesn't publish a fixed seating plan on its website, so this guide puts together what the local guides describe, with the date of each one.
The layout in one table
| Area | Zones | Where it is |
|---|---|---|
| Stalls (platea) | Super Premium, Premium, General, Lateral | In front of the stage: Super Premium centre front, Premium centre, General centre and sides, Lateral on the sides |
| Boxes (palcos) | Platinum, Starlite (formerly Gold), Gold, Silver | Behind and raised above the stalls; Gold and Silver towards the sides |
| Podium (tribuna) | Podium Club, A, B, C | At the back: Podium Club front centre, then A, B and C towards the rear |
This is how andalucia.com describes the auditorium in its Starlite guides. Names have changed over the years: the boxes once called Gold became Starlite, and the podium used to be the grandstand. Not every zone goes on sale for every concert, so read the list for your date before you pay. A 2026 guide also mentions a premium service about 20 metres from the stage.
VIP boxes
This is where the guides disagree most. A 2026 guide counts more than 50 VIP boxes for 8 to 14 people each, sold by the night or for a week, a fortnight, a month or the whole season. A box ticket includes a welcome drink, amenities and waiter service, plus priority booking in the Lounge and the restaurant. Older descriptions talk about six-seat boxes and eight-seat 'Bubble Boxes' behind the stalls. In 2026 Starlite added Palcos Privilege, with access from 21:00, dinner and an open bar until the end of the concert. Box parking also differed by tier in 2026: VIP parking for Gold and Silver, Platinum parking for Platinum.
Which zones see best
Starlite's own pitch is that the auditorium is so intimate that every seat is a front row. Even so, the layout tells you where you are: Super Premium and Premium sit in the middle, closest to the stage; Lateral seats are off to the sides; the boxes trade a bit of distance for height, privacy and service; and the podium is the furthest back, with Podium Club at its front. Price tends to follow that order. If seeing the artist up close is the point, look at the stalls first. If it's a group night with dinner and drinks, a box makes more sense.
Where the Sessions club is
The club part of the night, which Starlite calls El Club, happens in the Lounge area. In 2026 the Lounge opened at 20:00 for drinks before the show, entry was free until midnight, and DJ sessions ran from 22:30 to 06:00. Starlite's ticket site sells tables in the Sessions area for the after-party. Its exact spot inside the quarry isn't marked on any public plan we could find, so ask at the entrance or message us before the night.
How to see the plan for your concert
Because zones and prices change from concert to concert, the only plan that counts is the one for your date. When you buy, check which zone and seat the ticket is for and compare it with the table above. For 2027 only one concert has been announced so far, La Oreja de Van Gogh on 13 August. If you want help choosing between stalls and a box, or a box for a group, send us a WhatsApp with the date and how many you are.
Starlite 2027: confirmed concerts so far →How big is the auditorium?
Starlite gives the Marbella venue 3,500 seats. Some guides give 2,200, which may be an older figure or count only part of the space. We use Starlite's.
Parking and access
Box holders had their own parking in 2026; everyone else used Parking Star (€30, booked ahead) or general parking (about €10) with shuttles to the entrance, as published in May 2026. The full logistics, from taxis to the queue home, are in our Starlite guide.

Are Starlite seats numbered?
Yes. The stalls, boxes and podium all have numbered seats, according to a 2026 guide, so your ticket shows a zone and a seat.
How many people fit in a Starlite box?
A 2026 guide says the VIP boxes take 8 to 14 people. Older descriptions mention six-seat boxes and eight-seat Bubble Boxes, so check the size of the box you're buying.
What is the difference between platea and tribuna at Starlite?
The platea (stalls) is in front of the stage and closest to it; the tribuna (podium) is the raised seating at the back of the auditorium, split into Podium Club, A, B and C.
Can I see the Starlite seating plan before buying?
Starlite doesn't publish a fixed plan on its website, and the zones on sale change by concert. Check the zone and seat for your date when you buy, or ask us on WhatsApp.
Where is the Sessions club area at Starlite?
The club after the concert runs in the Lounge area. In 2026 it opened at 20:00, with DJ sessions from 22:30 to 06:00 and free entry until midnight.
